Rules
1.Teams will need to present themselves to the organizing table 1 hour before the game. Coaches will need to show the playing licences of their players.
2.Each team is responsible for arriving on time to the game. A delay can cause the loss by forfeit of the game.
3.Game rules will fallow the ASF (Swiss football association) guidelines.
4.Official referees will be appointed for each game. Every team will need to offer a linesman for each game.
5.The length of each game will be of two half's of 15 minutes each.
6.Games are played with 11 players (including GK)
7.Five subs will be allowed for each game. A player can be subbed out and re-entered during the same game.
8.If two teams have the same Jersey colour, the team named first on the program will need to change Jersey.
9.Standings will be made following the below criteria:
- Direct confrontation
- Goal average
- Best offense
- In the case where 2 teams are tied and cannot be separated a penalty shootout will be played.
10. In case of a draw during the final. A penalty shootout will be played.
11. Penalty Shootout rules:
5 players shoot. In the case where the game is still tie, sudden death will be applied. Players can only shoot once unless all players have had their shot.
12. A yellow card will not be subject to a sending off. 2 yellow cards = 1 red card. The player is sent off and will miss the following game. The jury is allowed to lengthen the suspension depending on the gravity of the act.
13. Fair play will be observed all along the tournament. A fair play award will be attributed to the team showing the most respect.
14. Should the rules not be respected, the jury reserves the right to expel the implicated people from the tournament.
15. Exceptional cases will be submitted to the organizational comity.
16. CIL declines responsibility for thefts or any kind of accident which occurs outside the football field.
